What is Deskfy?
Deskfy is a modular software system for brand asset management. It is responsible for centralizing information in the brand's manual, creating or customizing layouts and templates, organizing files and documents into folders, and offering an overview of the projects and activities carried out by a team. The tool's functionalities include an option to define corrective actions or audits at the point of sale, use an internal channel to share communications with employees, and determine the response or viewing rate. Deskfy also allows the company to track team performance through selected indicators, such as which team member has customized more layouts or requested the greatest number of tasks. Available only in Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
