We are better able to manage our call center. It allows us to perform eLearning, provide our agents with a Knowledge Base, perform Quality Assurance and record our coaching sessions. It is a great tool for us.

Overall it’s a good tool to use if you need some ideas on how to be a good administrator or teacher.

I really liked this software because it helped me train my coworkers and new hires. It showed me how to implement new strategies into my teaching that i would have never thought of. It helped me become a better teacher.
Cons
I didn’t agree with everything on the software. some of the options it gave me i didn’t like but i think it has to do with the type of person you are and how you want to teach others.

I enjoy the fluidity of the product. It was very beneficial and useful in terms of allowing me to use it in ways that supported my needs.
Cons
I had some issues with understanding and finding items on the interface. i found things a bit complicated from the get go, but this may be because I do not specialize in training. My partners did not have these issues.
