What is EducationFolder?

EducationFolder is a cloud-based performance management software suite for inbound and outbound contact centers which combines employee training and coaching, quality assurance (QA), task management, communications, knowledge base, reporting, and more.

EducationFolder allows supervisors to proactively manage employees using performance data, and provide employees with daily feedback, recognition, and rewards. Through the built-in learning management system (LMS), users can identify coaching requisites, schedule training, and track course completion. Coaching program effectiveness can be measured by overlaying performance metrics with automatically-tracked development activities. A knowledge base provides agents with information on demand, with the aim of reducing call time and improving customer satisfaction, and the included analytics allow supervisors to identify trends. The integrated multi-channel communication system, which includes team chatter, banner ad-style messages, and portals, enables collaboration between agents.

EducationFolder’s task management tools allow users to automate the assignment of recurring tasks, and manually create one-off tasks as necessary. Automated notifications, email reminders, and a task widget ensure that no tasks are forgotten. The employee management system tracks attendance and policy adherence, and can be customized to suit the contact center’s needs. We are better able to manage our call center. It allows us to perform eLearning, provide our agents with a Knowledge Base, perform Quality Assurance and record our coaching sessions. It is a great tool for us.

Overall it’s a good tool to use if you need some ideas on how to be a good administrator or teacher.

Pros
I really liked this software because it helped me train my coworkers and new hires. It showed me how to implement new strategies into my teaching that i would have never thought of. It helped me become a better teacher.

Cons
I didn’t agree with everything on the software. some of the options it gave me i didn’t like but i think it has to do with the type of person you are and how you want to teach others.

Pros
I enjoy the fluidity of the product. It was very beneficial and useful in terms of allowing me to use it in ways that supported my needs.

Cons
I had some issues with understanding and finding items on the interface. i found things a bit complicated from the get go, but this may be because I do not specialize in training. My partners did not have these issues.
