The overall experience is good so far, except they do not support importing reviews from G2.
Clean dashboard (although looks a little bit old school) which allows easy management. Allows importing reviews from a lot of sites, which makes it easy for website visitors to check all the reviews in one place.
Although it supports many review sites, one of the most essential sites G2 is still missing! This is in their roadmap, so hopefully, they will add support for G2 soon. The design looks a little old to me, but it's not an issue.

A good experience. This is our go to for review collection
It is easy to use. Justreview even has a free plan that you can use to embed a widget on your website. The uses of the free plan are limited. If you want the full functionabilities you have to upgrade.
Not really a negative point, but the UI of the widget can look a bit dated.When you have a paid plan you can chose more options
