We offer detailed reporting that can provide you with valuable insights and analyze the usage of your meeting rooms. These advanced analytics will provide you with the information you need to optimize your space. This feature will help you to better plan and allocate the resources that are underutilized, improving the overall efficiency of your workplace. Thanks to the occupancy control sensor, you can optimize the usage of your meeting room. Get rid of phantom bookings. As soon as you detect that the meeting room is not occupied, you can automatically put it into available stock.

You can book a meeting room by using your laptop, phone, or tablet located outside the room with a simple tap or swipe of your RFID badge. These tablets are set up in front of your meeting rooms to display the status of the room and give you the possibility to book the room directly at the entrance.

It’s possible to connect our software to your current office calendar system, including Office 365 (Graph), to prevent double booking. Our solution was created considering all types of businesses, small, medium, and large organizations, with no exceptions. You can share links to your video conferences with your coworkers seamlessly and efficiently directly from the application.
