Primary features include table-driven search, patient portal, scheduling, and more. The charge input system lets users update charges to patient accounts as per fee schedules. The built-in credit card system allows administrators to accept payments and process bulk transactions in batches.
Mercury One lets medical practitioners view insurance claims and handle auto-update of payments into the system via electronic remittance advance (ERA) posting. Plus, it supports integration with various third-party systems such as electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic health records (EHR) via an application programming interface (API).
