Orbital Shift is a staff management platform that helps businesses of all sizes reimagine their workforce and save on direct labor cost. Managers can create employee schedules in minutes with the help of customizable templates and color-coded event cards. The mobile time clock automatically records and time stamps employee hours for accurate time cards and payroll.

With the employee time tracker app, employees can clock in and out from GPS-restricted locations, take breaks, switch positions, and request shift covers or time off right from their phones. Managers can review, approve or deny those requests from virtually anywhere. With automatic alerts and notifications, scheduling conflicts and over-staffed shifts are easily avoided.

Admins can send targeted messages to specific departments, positions, employees or the entire staff via text or email. Employees can view daily shift notes when they log in, so everyone is prepared for every shift. Orbital Shift helps stay on budget with overtime alerts, conflict notifications and clock restrictions, eliminating employee time theft and unplanned overtime costs.
