Pros

We feel like having a live chat has given us a competitive edge in our market and our customer response has been wonderful. The interface is easy to use and the technical support has been excellent.
So far, really good experience - contacted customer support and they were friendly and helpful.
It is easy to use and has a lot of features. Developers of this app are not into the money and it is very nice to know that there are some people who still share their skills.

Pros

The best thing about it is that it's free, and for a free chat, its a great experience - you're not going to find a better option.
The product is amazing and is even more so for its price tag - it’s offered free and the features are power packed to help me manage the stream of queries from my customers.
Take was helpful to me, considering the fact that it was available for free, since I was trying out lots of options then. I was happy with them as long as I used it.

Cons

For example, it's all drag and drop - so the entire chatbot can start to form a jumbled mess if you're not careful.
Missing tutorials in Spanish. Admin may know but end admin user doesn't know English.
The chatbot brought me first leads and subscribers. I was so shocked, that before with the standard chat no one contacted us - but with the automated chatbot I was getting and getting leads.

Cons

I do not have special concerns about the software even with the pricing. But one problem there was simply I can not decide whether it is the problem of G Suite or Tawk.to.
The notifications are inconsistent, and if you aren't monitoring it 24/7 you will miss people talking to you.
The chat notifications are A bit irritating. It would notify our boss if we didn't attend to chats.

Unfortunately, we switched from Tidio it was expensive and functions were not broad.

Pros

Customization was established, friendly user interface and customer support was great.

Cons

Some functions we found free in another chat service like Tawk.to meaning that in Tawk to tracking the site viewers country was easy and even we were offered to download so many interesting reports about site viewers.

Great value for money - and even better if you can fit in the free plan. The company has been developing throughout the years so its definitely one of the safe bets in the industry

Pros

Tidio seamlessly integrates live chat with social media channels to create a singular online communication platform that simplifies customer support and answering to user inquiries. Their free plan is generous enough to satisfy the needs of many small businesses and organizations. The interface itself is very clean (unlike tawk.to) and easy to learn and use.

Cons

Free plan's limits are a bit low, though even on the paid plan you do get a decent bang for your buck. Live chat is not as powerful as Intercom's, feature wise, but also no where near the price.
