DNS and SMTP/POP3 uptime snooping covers server monitoring, with broad industry-standard protocol support, while API testing can be automated with calls verified according to response data. Alert escalations can be set to keep everyone updated in real time, utilizing multiple channels across phone, email, SMS messaging, and third-party integrations with Slack and PagerDuty. Additionally, the Uptrends 2.0 app for iOS, Android and Windows Phone also supports on-the-fly monitoring with color-coded status updates, push notifications, and more.
