One Church overview

What is One Church?

One Church is an award-winning, cloud-based church management software designed to help small to large churches streamline their operations with features like a central member portal, event management, automated emails, online giving, and more. One Church can be accessed through all web-enabled devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles.

One Church supports an automation suite with customizable triggers and workflows, as well as ad-hoc reporting, in-app chat, and an API. One Church's member portal allows users to manage all church member profiles. The member portal also supports contact preferences and history, and helps users manage small groups, sign-up for events, set-up recurring giving, and more. One Church also has a kid’s check-in system which helps keep track of children during church services.

One Church provides security controls with data privacy options, and lets users organize and manage data by campus for multi-campus support. The sermon archive feature keeps audio and videos of bible teachings organized and easily accessible for everyone. Other features include a form designer, volunteer scheduling, rooms and resources management, and more.
