EverCert is a robust system for end-to-end online certification and licensure management. That platform builds upon open-source software to customize to our client's needs and integrates the software modules for one seamless user experience.

As a credential lifecycle management tool, EverCert has modules for candidate applications, payments, enrollment, test hosting, test proctoring, certification, and CEUs.

The most common software modules and integrations with EverCert are Moodle, Stripe, Lucky Orange, Proctorio, Examity, ProctorFree, AWS, Accredible, Badgr, Tendenci, and Vimeo.

EverCert is hosted in an AWS cloud environment, which is FEDRAMP certified and maintains a SOC 2 report. All communications within the portal are done over TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. All data and files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is stored in a serverless Aurora database configured for PostgreSQL, which is capable of point-in-time rewind or restore. The database, file system, and detailed logging from all resources are added automatically and backed up into a compliance account with WORM policies in place (Write Once, Read Many) and no direct ability to delete files without root access. The application is deployed in a containerized environment using pre-vetted software images. This allows for immediate scaling or rapid re-deployment, if necessary. The code base is maintained in a private repository with change history and version control as well as backed up locally. The entire cloud architecture is deployed using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This allows the entire infrastructure to essentially be backed up outside of the deployed environment and allows for an extremely rapid re-deployment of the infrastructure.
