Synap also integrates with third party applications for video conferencing, analytics, and customer support, including Google Hangouts, Google Analytics, Intercom, Zendesk, and more. Custom analytics and reports can be generated through Segment integration, meaning businesses can create reports that are relevant to them, including metrics such as performance and engagement.
