MyClassboard is an all-in-one SaaS-based school management solution with a multitude of on-premise deployment options and comprising several core modules. Claiming to be in use by 1500 schools or colleges across 120 cities in India, the software aims to support all the key functions that educational institutions of all sizes require, while being suitable for CBSE, SSC, ICSE, IB and IGCSE boards. With the Gradebook module, academics can manage the examination grading process with automatic calculations, online/offline grade submissions, plus the generation and bulk printing of report cards. School Messenger then facilitates stronger communications between schools and parents with SMS, email and group chat capabilities, along with Bulletin boards, media sharing, calendars and homework diaries.

On the finance side, MyClassboard provides fee collection software supporting dynamic fee plans, staff /student concessions, custom receipt handling and multiple payment modes. Expenses of all kinds can be tracked alongside any fee dues and fines, while bank reconciliation tools log transactions on multiple accounts and collections reporting options offer sharable insights. Administration solutions then go on to add Admissions tracking of enquiries and registrations across multiple channels including social media, transport tracking of school buses with GPS, HR / Payroll capabilities and Library management. MyClassboard also offers a complete Student Information System, along with the ability to provide branded portal access via native iOS and Android apps.
