I think the software is really great at helping with teachers do comments while watching themselves teach. It's great to give those comments from things I see but also see my coach's comments.

It is pretty painless to upload and comment on others videos. Especially in the situation we are in now, this is a nice way to be able to help each other improve.

Setting up custom indicators has been a struggle. The buttons are not standard and hard to understand.

When our administration meets, we spend some of our time discussion instruction and instructional practices. It's one thing to talk about what I have seen in classes as I visit, it's another to show video of the same. 
We are also using Sibme as a way to norm our work of observations.

Sean:                                                  Hi, I'm Sean, Head of Schools. I give Sibme a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. So the problem we're trying to solve with Sibme is coaching of our teachers. And so we allow Sibme to serve as our platform to be able to video our teacher's meetings, classroom instruction, and then use those videos to really break it down and to coach from. Two things I really love about Sibme. One is the weekly emails. They give us an update for each of our campuses that allow us to know how many observations and how many videos were uploaded.
                                                       The second thing I love about Sibme is the ease of use. Super easy to use. Great interface. And it's easy for teachers and for school leaders. The one thing I don't like about Sibme is just the use of pause, fast forward a little bit, rewind a little bit, just the ease of functioning when it comes to being able to see certain parts of the video. And to be able to maneuver that with ease back and forth and slide, it is the one thing I don't like about Sibme.
