Centribal overview
What is Centribal?
Centribal is a platform for creating and managing chatbots with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Train your chatbots thanks to NLP Natural Language Processing and make it grow as far as you want. It will allow us to use external APIs to make requests for information and to be able to return it to the user in the chatbot.
We will be able to configure the type of request, the API link, the JSON that will bring the information from the web service, authentication type, and the error message if the API fails.
Using Centribal's Webhook, text messages can be received from an external system, proactively giving information to a user from the chat window, without the user having to interact.
