It's a lifesaver, I do not have to worry about a lot of things while processing my presentation and display screens as this app provides me really good support. The playlist feature and scheduling feature is amazing.
I think Yodeck does a pretty good job but if anything can be improved is, more layout options and more features in terms of weather display and RSS feed.

Effortless from start to finish. From the moment I wanted to make a quick demo, to the most recent display installation, I've not had a single issue. The software works as I want it to, and because of the simplicity of the interface, I know my colleagues will have no issue filling in for me if I'm away.
It took me less that 10 minutes to download the Yodeck OS image, load it onto an SD card, and get it showing our ads. This speed and ease of setup has swayed me completely, no other platform has wowed me with their process.
The colour. Orange.In truth, the features and processes are exactly what I need them to be. I dont even mind paying the prices.

Overall working with the yodeck team and the product has been a great experience.
The fact that yodeck includes a free player that requires minimal setup was one of the deciding factors in choosing yodeck as our digital signage platform. Once we received the player, what I like most is how easy and intuitive it is to use.
The product and service are great, I'd like to see some more advanced media handling features like setting custom in/out points for videos, or adding audio fades. The Raspberry Pi based player does not have a full size HDMI port so a special cable (included) is required.

Yodeck has been an improvement over other systems I have used, and I hope that ongoing development improves the scheduling issues I have ran into.
Its very quick and easy to upload assets to yodeck and push them live, usually taking less than a minute for simple changes.
Yodeck doesnt have the ability to schedule content to repeat every X minutes, instead, you need to manually specify each repeat. In general, complex scheduling in yodeck tends to be messy, you often bump in to limitations since only one schedule can be specified per screen.

Awesome, I've showed this product to the board of directors and they loved it and approved.
I'm the CTO of a large Fitness Group, and I just have stumble on Yodeck and the experience of it has been amazing, fulfilling all of our needs.
The scheduling is the most critical for us. It is awesome, yet if you fill it like we do, it gets a bit messy, but nothing to worry about.

YoDeck provides the most user-friendly and one of the most cost-effective solutions for digital signage solutions.
While cost effective and robust, there are some limitations to what you can do: particularly with the customization and lack of some widgets (Instagram isn't as good as it could be).

Happy how Yodeck sends you a player ready to use. Plug-and-play.Easy to read documentation. Live chat support is quick and friendly.It just works.
Yodeck is the only digital signage solution that is affordable and is able to handle authenticated sessions such as Looker Studio. This is why I chose for Yodeck.
The microSD card of the player broke within a week. I received a new one under warranty promptly. so no complaints here.

The service level at yodeck is top notch and puts everything else over the edge. Always there when needed to walk you through any problem.
The product is very user friendly and easy to use. The built in layouts make designs a breeze to save you time and money.
Constant updates have brought features that were missing to the front to be able to play videos on screens. Turning a con into a pro.

The documentation, layout of the system and ease of integration makes the system really practical in a busy environment where there are lots of systems to manage. I have implemented Yodeck at both schools i have worked in, and from when I first started using it, I have consistently seen updates to the UI and features.
I think there needs to be better diversity in Widgets. I think they hold huge potential to really standing out the system from the rest. For example, we are a Microsoft school so would benefit greatly from those features. Other custom API widgets would also be amazing so we really can personalise it. The layout system can be improved with integration with widgets too. For Example, the weather widget is hard to fit correctly in the top right hand corners as the grid limitations of the widget is greater than the size of the widget, so it makes it difficult to be precise with positioning.

Implemented and used it for a couple years at my previous job (20 or so players). I am just now deploying it at my school district, so far we have 20 players, but that will grow fairly quickly.
Super easy to deploy. Super easy to sit someone who has never touched digital signage in front of the dashboard and start having them upload content on their screens. The documentation is very thorough, and the Youtube videos are very valuable.
Every once in a while I get a player out of the box that gets messed up during the initializing process and have to re-image the microsd card. Everything works fine after that. Very minor annoyance.

I've had a great experience with Yodeck and it was an easy sell for our organization. The cost is affordable, the customer service and tech support are FANTASTIC (even if only available via email), and we are very pleased with the 11 screens we have implemented thus far with Yodeck.
I love how easy the Yodeck app is to use. Tagging and scheduling content is EASY EASY EASY and works great!
I would like to see some improvements in the security with some of the widgets. I don't want to provide my login credentials for SharePoint, PowerBI, etc. to be able to use some of those widgets. There has to be a better (more secure) way...

Nice management panel, see if the monitors are on or off. Also the shutting down and turning on screens on schedule saves the sceens panels (previous tool didn't have this option, which caused displays to broke after year or two)
No good Microsoft integrations, only Power BI. Would be great if OneDrive for Business, Teams or Sharepoint online integrations would work.

We are a food manufacturing group with 10+ facilities spread through-out the UK. Our corporate communications officers and other key stakeholders were looking for a way to communicate business news, achievements, updates etc with our sites via digital signage in common areas (receptions, offices, canteen/staff areas).
Yodeck was easy to evaluate due to the fully featured nature of the 1-screen trial. We were able to trial the product on a real screen, using real content to asses how we might use the product in our enterprise.The breadth of features in the product is impressive and helped drive stakeholder engagement during the proof-of-concept phase.Upgrading to an Enterprise suitable paid plan was both easy to understand and implement.
Hard to really single out anything we don't like about the product - perhaps a few more integrations/plugins would be useful? Many cloud integrations are possible, but definitely room to grow.

Simple to setup. I had an old raspberry pi computer lying around, and was able to put it to good use displaying content for our company to help keep the team up to date on their KPIs and team meetings throughout the month. Their tech support on the few instances I needed help were quick to respond, and helped me accomplish what I was looking to.
Simple to setup. Easy to create custom layouts, and deploy them to any devices I have setup on the account.
Web scripting because it's out of my realm. (to yodecks credit their tech support was able to get things working for me!) Wish list item, probably a dream really, would be a web page script editor that worked as effortlessly as the rest of the yodeck website, something that allows the script illiterate to click to create actions on webpages they would like displayed on their decks. One can dream.

Overall, our experience has been great with Yodeck. Customer support is awesome and the platform works better than expected.
We started with another platform that was based on the Raspberry Pi. Unfortunately, we ran into issues with scheduling and customer support was non existent. With the Yodeck, customer support reached out before we even had the unit and has been available any time we needed it. The scheduling takes effect immediately and overall we are just very happy with this product.
I have yet to find something about this platform that I do not like honestly.

With Yodeck we can not only entertain and inform our customers in the waiting areas, but also have the opportunity to provide this service for our customers. Thanks to the highly scalable structure of the system, not only can small individual solutions be created, but customers with multiple locations and company departments can also be wonderfully supplied. We are currently working on connecting the shops of several petrol stations to our system built with Yodeck. The test operations for this are already running extremely promisingly.
The fact that each individual display can be provided with individual content or combined into groups and locations ensures that a wide range of solutions can be implemented. The schedules and playlists are a particularly powerful tool for delivering the right content to the right place at the right time. With yodeck this is solved much more efficiently than we know from other systems. User roles...
In the beginning, some processes were much more complex, not clearly explained, poorly labeled or misleadingly translated. In addition, some functions that were important to us were missing. However, since the software is continuously being improved, these problems could gradually be resolved, so that Yodeck has now become a powerful tool at a fair price that flexibly adapts to the needs of the users. For digital menu boards, we would like to be able to show and hide content in an animated manner and to move it across the screen with keyframes, a timeline or such.

We upload the latest news videos from youtube for our industry. we also use it to play product videos as well as sales videos to help promote our products and sales. We have even made some animated logos to go between each video for our company.
Its so easy to setup and use, simply drag and drop any videos you need and upload them to the Yodeck server, their server then verifies that it is a usable format if not then it will automatically convert it to a usable format that Yodeck recognizes. you can even customize schedules by location. we have 2 stores and both stores have different hours. We have the Sorry we are closed sign pop up when...
I only wish there were more widgets and not just graphical widgets. I wish that there was a ability to have closed captioning with uploaded videos as well so people across the room can see and read what is being said on the videos that we upload. not even sure if this is possible but it would be a nice addition.

Other than some hiccups with initially receiving our players, and again with ordering some more, we have enjoyed using Yodeck a lot. It's easily accessible from any internet connected device, updates and changes can be seen within a minute on the screens, they were very easy to install, and have very user-friendly software that is updated a lot. Out of our 30 players we have only had two that began to crash and with a simple software flash we had them back up and running in about an hour and they have had no problems since.
We integrated Yodeck into our arena quickly and easily. From set up to daily updates and changes, it has been a very easy system to use. Adding graphics, changing schedules, building layouts are all very easy to do compared to other media players we have tried and if we have had any problems they are very quick to respond.
There were a few issues at first with their software being user friendly, but they are constantly updating and almost everything I had a problem with at first has been fixed. The scheduling can take some time to get used to, and the way the stored media is displayed when building a playlist can get sloppy.

Fantastic experience
I've used many different media players over the last 10 years, mvix, usb, Pi players etc, had issues with all. Managers fumbling with USB drives, proprietary players when die have to buy another for $250 etc, i can create a Yodeck player with raspberry Pi imager anytime i have an issue and have back running in 10 mins. For network issues I install Kasa smart plugs so all i have to do is powercycle the outlet and boom, back online every single time!
Seriously have no cons at all, it is a fantastic product and very reliable.

Best digital signage platform for displaying websites and HTML5 content. Raspberry Pi 4 expanded RAM options make a huge difference for complex visualizations!
A little technical to set up for the average user. Its worth the tradeoff for power in my opinion though.

Although we originally came from a messaging system where a third party company provided material along with whatever we needed to add, it was expensive and the content did not always fit our business. Yodeck simplified everything and the content we need to display is always in line with our company needs.
Yodeck has a great many widgets that help fill in the message board to keep people engaged. Adding content is quite easy and when there isn't a great amount of information being featured, the widgets can be used to fill in that gap so your not displaying the same few screens over and over. This helps keep the message board a vital part of the company messaging system and keeps people ingaged.
There were some bumps in the beginning with learning to use the software. Layouts and playlists act very differently. Luckily YOUTUBE videos did guide us in setting everything up.

Yodeck is everything we didn't know we needed in an easy to deploy restaurant digital signage system. Sure, certain areas can be improved upon and they are always improving the product so I trust they will. In the meantime, the benefits of Yodeck are vast. You will not be disappointed in choosing Yodeck for your digital signage needs whether it be managing one screen at one location or multiple across multiple locations.
Yodeck is an excellent mid-tier digital signage system that offers free players. It's easy to deploy and even easier to manage remotely. Yodeck delivers a robust yet efficient solution for digital signage at a reasonable cost that just works. Period.
While Yodeck excels in many areas it would benefit greatly from a UI update in others. Overall, the Dashboard UI is acceptable but specific areas like scheduling and media storage are antiquated and can be confusing to use.

Yodeck has allowed us to take our digital signage from one PowerPoint to the next level with schedules, playlists that can be shown in zones, to specific screens, and it is very customizable. As a nonprofit, costs are always a priority to be balanced alongside functionality; however, at Yodeck's price, I don't feel like we needed to sacrifice any functionality. After months of searching our team landed on Yodeck and there has been no complaints!
I wish there was a mobile app to manage the content.
