Very convenient program

Customer service sucks. They do not care about helping people. Blocked me after having my bank account hacked and only owing $12.96!!

Do not use AFTERPAY!!

Very good experience!  The site is easy to use and convenient.  Multiple credit cards can be used with a clear means of using each for different products.  Payment options are listed on a specific page for clarity and another pages lists all purchases with the amounts "paid" and "yet to be paid."

I made an order and paid for it through Afterpay. My order was not delivered by USPS. The post office either lost it or stole it. The representative from the site where I bought the item said that I need to contact Afterpay and return the money. After writing an email to Afterpay, I received a response that they will not return the money. And I have to find the missing parcel myself.

Stay away from this company !!!

I book a hote with Afterpay using Expedia 
But then realized i had the wrong date but my first installment when out for the pay by 4 so me and Expedia call the hotel to cancel the date and Expedia refund me my money only to Afterpay withdraw after i show proof of cancelation and Afterpay penalties me for none payment and told we get back to you over a month ago 

Customer service for refund and cancelation sucks 

terrible        they don’t send your refunds. they’ll just keep sending you excuses to repeat sending your order number in.  i’ve sent it to them 5 different times. and still haven’t gotten my refund 🤬

Ease of Use with Afterpay

Love this app! 

As a user, I have limited experience with Afterpay. However, as a consultant I have worked with multiple small businesses to add Afterpay to their payment options.Setting up Afterpay for your small business eCommerce site is very easy - especially since most of the website builders already have an integration set up. The businesses who did not have Afterpay set up on their websites mostly didn't do so because they didn't understand how Afterpay worked for them. Once they did get it added, their overall average sales price usually went up. While I do understand the concerns around "buy now, pay later" platforms like Afterpay, I do think that the benefits for businesses outweigh the potential cost. I see it akin to a customer purchasing items on a credit card. I recommend all of my clients add Afterpay or another "buy now, pay later" platform to their eCommerce sites to provide more options to customers.
