We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems. Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Now I make very few mistakes entering receipts but if I error I can fix the mistake easily. We have only been on Certify 4 months, but our sales staff seem pleased with the ease of use. Also downloading the monthly detail for our record retention is a great feature.

It can be used alongside various programs and CRMs and the customer support can be of great help ,when needed. Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable. I love PandaDoc and recommend adding to your tool belt...unless your in my space as I like standing out above the competition.

This software is perfect for small businesses without a dedicated finance team. Easy to use and set up, and also links to Kashflow Accounting seamlessly. Easy to personalise, the bank links and automation both with banks and HMRC mean half the work is done, for ease of mind this is a real plus. Excellent system would highly recommend.

What users mention about MYOB Essentials See all reviews They might have stolen but it has cost them a customer and I will tell everybody I meet to avoid that software and company like the plague. Data entry is not fluid and constant delays in processing. We contacted MYOB support regarding this and "they are working on the problem" so it appears it is a common problem. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The cost did increase quite a bit over the 6 years I was using it but it is pretty relative to other accounting software available.
