A company inbox module automates the full cycle of emailed invoices by capturing, processing and attaching them to accounting transactions without manual intervention. Online approval workflows can be configured by supplier, department, project, cost centre and approval amount with support for mobile authorisation. Automatic matching of purchase orders aligns invoices with orders, manages variances, tracks deliveries and closes orders systematically. A purchase order requisition module manages the end to end process from order creation through invoice matching. Expense management functionality covers receipt capture, approval workflows, expense claims and mileage tracking. Budgeting management tools and a non accounting archive extend document control beyond financial records. The software enables scanning and automatic attachment of invoices to transactions to create searchable digital archives linked to entries in the accounting system.

PaperLess integrates seamlessly with Sage fifty, Sage two hundred, Sage two hundred Evolution, Sage Intacct, Sage Intacct Construction, Sage fifty Canada, Xero and SAP Business One. The integration architecture synchronises data bidirectionally to post captured invoice data and maintain document attachments within the native accounting environment. Support for PEPPOL electronic invoicing standards enables compliant exchange of electronic invoices. Direct connections to supported accounting platforms reduce the need for custom development and align system integration with the depth of automation required by each organisation.
