What is Plug'n Pay?

Plug’n Pay is a cloud-based payment processing software designed to help government organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions manage memberships, invoices, point-of-sale (POS) processes, fraudulent transactions, and more on a centralized platform. WebXpres Processing Gateway allows administrators to add eCommerce capabilities to their website, calculate sales tax based on state, city, or county level, and accept, and access, manage and process credit card transactions.

Plug’n Pay allows organizations to track sales activities in real-time, configure access permissions for employees, and send customizable confirmation emails to customers about purchases, shipping information, special offers, or support. Administrators can create order forms, accept electronic check payments, set up log in or signup pages for upcoming events, and manage recurring or installment billing processes. Clients can use the self-service interface to access passwords, renew expired subscriptions, edit account details, and cancel memberships according to requirements.

Plug'n Pay helps businesses generate online invoices and block risky transactions from questionable IP addresses and credit card numbers. It facilitates integration with various third-party accounting systems including QuickBooks. Other features include reports, currency conversion, payment authorization, password authentication, and subscription management.
