What is Snap Survey Software?

Snap Surveys offers a cloud-based collaborative survey platform that enables survey design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and administration of online and offline surveys. The tool can be used in various industries including healthcare, education, travel & tourism, financial service, non-profit organizations, and government.

Snap Surveys enables users to create customizable surveys in multiple languages including those that are character based such Japanese, Chinese and Korean as well as those that are written from right to left such as Arabic, Urdu, and Hebrew. The software helps to create interactive questions, mask answers, personalize text and route questions based on replies given earlier in the survey. The tool also performs in-survey calculations by re-categorizing answers as and when the survey is filled. Snap Survey supports data collection and data management and offers features such as adaptive questionnaires, automated survey invitations, scanned paper surveys and attachment of files to survey responses. The tool also helps in analyzing and reporting survey results and shares these insights in the form of summary reports and smart dynamic reports. The software supports text analysis, statistical tools, data filters and analysis tools as well as helps to analyze logins and transfer data between surveys and the database.

Snap Surveys offers strong security features including SSL encryption, SSAE 16 certification, daily vulnerability scan, and is ISO 27001 certified. IBM, AT&T, Nielsen, Sport Wales, Frederick Community College, and The British Holiday & Home Parks Association are some notable customers.
