BoardSpot allows users to create, manage, and record board meetings, with the ability to set agendas, email attendees, and track meeting minutes all from within the meeting interface. Members can be added, removed, moved, and edited at any time. Users can also add committee affiliations, update board members’ details, and archive members at the end of their terms.

BoardSpot provides all users with access to important governing documents. Documents can be organized into categories through the document system, and users can ensure that information is only made available to the members who require access. Members, meetings, and documents can also be made committee-specific, empowering committees to stay on task and organized.
