desk.ly is a cloud-based SaaS tool that can optimally organize and manage employees. desk.ly takes over the allocation of space to better organize the workforce. In addition, individual settings can adapt via the SaaS dashboard to reflect the company’s corporate identity.
desk.ly also comes with the ability to integrate with Microsoft 365/Outlook calendar, facilitating constant employee synchronization. The software is similar to an event system, whereby employees receive invitations. As such, they receive an assigned place direct from the tool. Employees can access a virtual room planner to see which room they have been allocated. The choice of seating can occur more promptly with the help of the favorite place function. desk.ly offers an integrated user rights management system. Administrators can also check the current occupancy of their office space.
Basecom, the German company behind desk.ly, adopts a mobile-first approach and provides the SaaS software responsively, ensuring mobile devices receive priority. An export function for Corona tracking has also been implemented.
