Pros
Easy setup process and superb UX/UI. The setup was a breeze – intuitive steps guides the admin user through the configuration: the system was up and running in no time.
The UI, the responsiveness and the ease of use are the things I liked most about Nibol.
It makes it simple, almost fun, to find a place every day. If I don't want to deal with it, I can also book for an entire month in advance.
Cons
Missing 3D plant view and interface for touchscreens at the entrance of our office.
The limitations on check-in imposed by my organization.
Filtering of booking or no booking status for all users.

utile per realtà che sfruttano un metodo di lavoro misto da remoto e in presenza

ottima ed estremamente utile. Può essere un software da utilizzare in modo molto basilare ma anche in modo molto complesso. Adatto a diverse realtà sia piccole che molto più ampie.Sicuramente da migliorare la parte di reportistica.

Pros

prenotazione postazioni semplice e facile, notifiche di memo per il check in utili per evitare overbooking non reali, possibilità di prenotare anche per altre persone non dipendenti come inviti, prenotazione sale come calendario effettivo di una sala.

Cons

reportistica un po' basilare e di difficile reperimento.

nel complesso ci stiamo trovando bene con il tool, il vero valore aggiunto deriva dal supporto delle persone che lo stanno sviluppando e che sono sempre disponibili per chiarimenti e migliorie

Pros

la gestione delle postazioni è semplice, l'interfaccia, sia app che web è molto ben studiata, e il supporto del nostro referente è sempre stato rapido ed efficace

Cons

l'infrastruttura non è ancora stabile, ci sono stati nello scorso anno diversi problemi con la directory degli utenti che ha causato problemi in fase di reportistica

Dopo il lockdown Nible è stato fondamentale per pianificare le presenze ed evitare il sovraffollamento in ufficio.

Cons
