HENO overview

What is HENO?

HENO is an all-in-one cloud-based practice management solution with integrated EMR, scheduling, billing, sales, reporting, and marketing tools. It is intended for use by occupational, massage, physical, and speech therapists and aids users in streamlining daily practice operations.

HENO facilitates scheduling with an appointment slot finder, customizable calendar, online check-in, and a daily patient appointment list. The platform stores electronic medical records (EMR) within the patient database so that physicians have a complete patient overview with charts, patient history, claims, insurance policies, and follow-up notes.

HENO is accessible on all web-enabled devices and allows users to manage purchases, create items, build a custom online shop, manage checkouts and receipts, and track sales. It also lets businesses track in-progress deals and patient referrals, schedule fax blasts, and more. It offers insight into finances, appointment trends, no-shows, and cancellations, and allows accounting and revenue tracking with outcome-based financial reporting. HENO also offers task insights to help the user keep track of open notes, missing documents, evaluations, and POCs.
