Several times a payment has shown up in my checking account, but the info does not show up on the accounting page, so I can’t identify which patient to credit the payment to.

Some bugs take an inordinately long time to resolve and some easy functions are not provided.

A con for some but not me, is that there might be limited features or functionality but I haven't run into that for my needs.

I appreciate the fact that secondary insurances are billed automatically.
