Our experience has been extremely positive. More information and better information are now easily accessible to all concerned which has resulted in less mistakes being made and an improved service to our clients. Scheduling, processing of timesheets and claiming for services are all now much quicker which has freed up staff to be more pro-active. The TurnPoint support team have been very responsive and easy to deal with throughout the whole process.

Pros

Appointment scheduling is very straight forward and easy to learn which is important when bringing on new staff. Entering repeat appointments is very quick. Care workers in the field appreciate the fact that they have all relevant client information at their finger tips and are instantly advised of any changes to their rosters. They don't appear to have any problems using the mobile "app". Communication...

Cons

No software package is perfect but nothing comes to mind which is really worth mentioning.
