I trusted my business with ADS and am so thrilled I did. I had another system where I was losing money hand over fist and ADS with great people and software saved my money.
Missing few features, some problems without explanation why.
The customer services is exceptional. From sales to implementation and training the program and the support staff has been amazing.
Have trouble with reports not accurate, things needed to be customized.
Our company has produced incredibly powerful results for our clients in terms of the revenue we've generated and the efficiencies we take advantage of.
There is so much to learn and that is the part that is difficult--wish the software is more intuitive--many drop downs and choices without understanding the purpose.
It allows repeat procedures which is useful for billing services such as physical therapy. There are numerous reports for billing/management/scheduling which makes it easy to analyze the practice.
Ok for what we have but I feel it is limited with other software products.

Great customer support and service, this offers an appreciable and competitive value. This software is very good and taking in data, especially as a PDFs.
Table or list based viewing and editing can be a pain. E.g. entering many new samples to the inventory for largely overlapping yet different properties is a time consuming task.
Likewise, the pricing was very competitive and the team at eLab has been very responsive and pleasant to work with.
The barcode printing part never worked and then they discontinued a certain type of labelprinter. With a non-functioning barcode part, the inventory management part was also useless for us.
I like this software because it is easy to work with and keeps things very organized and clean. It is also easy to share with others.
The interface to print labels is very hard to use.
Easy to use and aesthetically appealing interface. Fantastic for inventory management.
The only missing item I would add, which is rather a "nice-tohave" than a "myst-have" for us is Dashboarding/Visualization within eLab.
Have multiple users with different levels of comfort with technology and hearing more and more from group that so glad that set this up for this research project.

It is definitely worth the extra energy you have to put into it at the beginning to set up your system. In addition, good documentation also adds value to our products.
The different layers of the lab book are useless and just add confusion. Trying to fit my recording needs to the lab book was the reverse of what I needed.
Labcollector contains already a lot of nice features which give the final application additional functionalities and a rich interface with a lot of possibilities.
Queries across modules difficult to setup. Not possible to customize the layout of pre-defined forms.
We found this solution an excellent compromise between cost and functionalities.
We had a limited time to develop a system fitting our specific needs for biobanking animal samples, with a limited amount of money.
LabCollector is an outstanding tool and since many years has become a critical tool in the daily routine of my laboratory.
There are some bugs in the program but if you report them to the developers they will try to fix them or at least they will suggest you a way to solve your problem.
Much better than spreadsheets. Very organized and highly recommended.

It's a good way to keep track of our lab materials, the price we paid, and when we last ordered them. It has a good catalog of items and we can often save money by ordering through Quartzy.
Quartzy does not connect to our ERP, so we have to do a lot of manual work. The import template is awful because it doesn't match the request button, so I still get stuck doing manual entry work.
The customer service is like none other! they are so responsive and helps to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
The biggest problem we face is a lack of transparency regarding backorders and shipping delays.
Ability to track spending by project is great and ability to turn this information into data files is really helpful.
Nothing is difficult about the software. I don’t like the extra handling charges and I can find cheaper options sometimes through my university’s system.

The only complaint I have at this time is that the access/supply chain tabs are fixed.
The functionality is reasonably good. The inventory is good and useful to see if an item has been purchased previously.

The customer service has been outstanding. If you need an easy-to-use, practical and customizable electronic document management system at a great value, I highly recommend this product.
It has been mentioned that the alerts are sometimes confusing to users about what exactly it is that needs to be completed.
Inspection Proof is amazing. I love how easy it is to link a policy to a checklist question.
It was a little confusing to get started using it due to limited training.
Have implemented 8 facilities and have received nothing but kudos on the ease of use and intuitive functionality. When issues occur, the customer service is extremely responsive.
The only con I have is that as an administrator the lay out of seeing all the amdin tasks and my regular user tasks, get confusing sometimes.
Inspection proof: I like that our CAP checklist is imported and it is easy to link procedures to it. We will see how good it is during our upcoming CAP inspection.

The ability to be 21 CFR 11 compliant, easy of use, visibility, customizations, security, and permission levels. Customer service is fantastic and responsive.
It still takes more time as you need to upload and re-write everything from your paper notebook that you use in the lab to avoid contaminating a laptop.
The very useful training videos, how easy it is to set up a new experiment, and how nice and responsive the customer support team is.
There have been some necessary features that were incomplete or difficult to use.
Our company really likes how online Microsoft Office is integrated if you have a business account. Also, we really appreciate the ability to save files and formulate reports.
I dislike being able to change the screen width in the protocol section.
The price was a deciding factor for us. We were surprised by the excellent support and good training that was included in the competitive rate.
Sometimes, due to its structure its difficult for some members of the team to find what they are looking for and therefore don't use it that much (just ask the other members by mail).
The feature of having a place where you can have your protocols & just upload them to the experiments is nice. I like how I can share it with my colleagues too.
I found SciNote to be easy to learn and role out to the team. It was a great budget friendly option for a 5 person startup.
My overall experience with SciNote has been excellent. I really enjoy using the software for my electronic laboratory notebook.
The visuals and configuration of projects make it very comprehensive and allow for easy documentation.
SciNote has been a great ELN for our team. We have been able to customize various functions to fit our needs and the SciNote team has been very receptive to feedback.

I like that the software already integrated many other software/programs that makes easier to upload files/documents.

It’s a new age ever evolving software and we as customers love developing it with our constant feedback - they keep on bringing new InnovAtive features which keeps things exciting for us.
Time taken for trouble shoot fixing. No specific person to contact for trouble shoots.
Experience with CrelioHealth is great majorly in terms of Reports , Email Whitelabeling , SMS whitelabeling, Inventory management and Patient Application which is fantastic to use.
Teething trouble initial few months where report template contents changed automatically. Still no facility of telling patient discount given and few others informed to team Livehealth many times.
Easy to use, billing is good , interfacing works perfectly finance and support is good.
Many log in if you have then it creates problem.
We can decrease our turnaround time with the use of the software. Technical support from customer care is the best including LIS to troubleshooting for the query raised.
When I came in our organisation, I observed our old software i.e MyLab was a offline software and not a cloud base so, i was getting Tired to take weekly backup from software.
User friendly, customization is possible as per user requirement, Efficient support team , prompt and proactive in query resolution.
