It's a great software, easy to use, with all the tool that you need to operate with easy a doctor's practice. We implement the software in 2 months and it woks like a charm.
You have to put in a "support ticket. More often than not the answer to your problem is "No one else is having that problem" or you get no response at all.
I can access WRS when I am at home and I need to do work. It’s a great benefit to have the convenience of accessing the system from any place at any time.
Their customer service was terrible and I had severe billing issues. After evaluating five EMRs, I selected WRS.
Once you have your username and password, it's pretty self explanatory for the main functions. Customer service is swift in responding, friendly.
When I complained they dumped us and I had to find a new biller. We still have unpaid claims that will never be paid due to untimely filing.
User friendly, great customer support, easy to navigate, affordable.
WRS billing is horrible. We had so many unpaid claims, I complained.
This is one of the best systems I have worked with.

They are kind, respectful and very helpful. I would highly recommend this product to counselors who want a user-friendly product and great customer service.
When encounters are printed out, the formatting is horrible and difficult to read and very unprofessional looking.
My staff is thrilled by how easy DrCloudEMR has made their day-to-day tasks. The integrated billing has significantly lowered our costs and increased revenues.
I've been using this software for three weeks and I hate it hate it hate it.
They have a great product and understand that our industry is not always "One Size Fits All. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this EMR and would recommend it to any small business.
Most maddening is data disappearing, requiring the same values to be entered more than once, and often the only way you would know it is that you can't close the darn encounter.
I run an advanced Vein Management and Care Clinic. I use Dr Cloud EMR on a regular basis now and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an EMR in the Vein Care space.
The graphic user interface is confusing. There are ridiculous pop ups, like the one telling you that clicking "edit" might lead to there being changes in your inputs.
We were approached by Dr Cloud EMR to develop a product specific to our needs. They responded with a wonderful product that is easy to use and meets all HIPPA and federal confidentiality rules.
The user interface is very clean and we can access whatever we need with very few clicks. This is one of the most concise and easy to use EMR i have seen.

Titanium is helpful and user friendly. What I like the most is how quickly you can navigate through the controls and how easy it is to schedule appointments.
This also may be specific to my university, but if you do not have administrator status, canceling or making changes to appointments can be irritating.
It is affordable, and the developer has amazing customer services, quickly addressing problems and is responsive to requests for added or changed features.
When I was using this program, it sometimes would crash without saving any notes.
Easy from a supervisor perspective as well. I love how interns can use this software and be fully autonomous.
Sometimes it is hard to navigate through all the options.
It can integrate with other systems at your institution if you want. It is highly customizable which makes it easy to use at any institution because you make it fit your needs.
I am attempting to research this product. It seems odd that there are no product reviews that one can look at to help the decide about this product.
Titanium makes it easy to keep track of notes and clients and is a good option for students or practitioners with interns.
This is the best electronic record system I have ever used, and it is specifically designed to work for university counseling centers.

I also liked the customer service. When I have a question about the functions or submit a ticket, I receive updates and even calls from reps. She is a great asset to CiviCore.
Setting up new reports/queries can be confusing.
As a former software healthcare software trainer, I appreciate the ease of navigation for new users, but also the advanced functionality capabilities for superusers and admins.
The overall transfer and transition has been difficult and long (because we had so much data to upload).
This is a direct result of their outstanding customer support.
There is sometimes a time lag on the requests that we have (as we have a lot!).
We have really enjoyed working with CiviCore. I would definitely recommend them to other organizations.
It is both timely and very effective. I have full confidence that no matter when I contact them (from a different time zone mind you), a response will be received in short order.
Greater ability to serve our students. Enhanced tracking of student performance.

This amazing and wonderful product is very easy to use. Even easier to train our staff, with the help of great tech support.
The only downside to this product is that there is no way for clients to log in securely on their own. Only staff/administrators have access.
The ability to have several screens open at once. The ability to move freely between the screens and the simplicity and diversity at the same time.
One of the worst things about this software that it is not able to work with Dragon in some of the fields. You cannot use Dragon when completing group notes.
The software is easy to navigate and very efficient. Also the staff helping the agency was very nice.
OR when there is a change or mistake that has been made in the initial assessment and I have already signed the assessment, I am unable to make the correction without your help.
Like that it's easy to keep track of clients and all the needed paperwork for those clients. I also like how we been able to customize some of the assessments that we need.
If you are not considered an "administrator" then you cannot delete something when you enter it in incorrectly by mistake which makes more work for someone else.
Ease of access to each clients chart, that it is web based, 2FA, ability of administrator to create and edit forms.
Extremely easy to use and learn. I like being able to have all client information in 1 spot and at my fingertips.
I can read all my coworkers reviews from each Client and its helpful to my position.
