What is HotelKey?

HotelKey is a property management software that helps small to large businesses in the hospitality industry manage room bookings, payment processing, maintenance tasks, events, and inventory on a centralized platform. The front desk functionality allows staff members to track room availability, scan customer IDs, handle check-ins, and capture guests’ digital signatures.

HotelKey's central reservation system lets employees manage bookings and track room inventory across several external online travel agencies (OTAs). The point of sale (POS) module allows organizations to streamline retail and order management operations of restaurants, shops, and pantries. The housekeeping functionality enables supervisors to create a custom cleaning checklist, forecast labor requirements, define task priorities, and assign them to staff members. It also allows employees to generate electronic purchase orders, manage vendors, create bulk orders, and track sales processes.

HotelKey facilitates integration with several third-party payment gateways, accounting platforms, and booking engines. Managers can use the analytics dashboard to generate reports, enabling them to gain insights into inventory, occupancy rates, housekeeping operations, maintenance requirements, generated revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
