“Almost all my bookings are from channel mgrs (Airbnb), with few direct bookings directly on Resnexus. I selected Resnexus in the first place to have my calendar, policies, and reservations centralized. Resnexus is feature-rich but they have a quality control issue with bugs in their product. Quality issues were the main reason I decided to leave Resnexus as I lost confidence in their ability to coordinate the information about my property to channel mgrs correctly, and I frequently log onto Airbnb just to make sure my property info is still correct. I've had multiple problems of incorrect data being sent to Airbnb. For instance, my cancelation policy of "cancel before 30 days before checkin" was somehow changed to "cancel up to 24 hours before check in", and the cancelation policy change sent to Airbnb..I now have bookings with 24-hr cancelations. User info about noise, children, etc disappeared in Resnexus, which deleted it from Airbnb; I had to re-enter it. My "touch free check-in" option disappeared on Resnexus which removed it from Airbnb...at a time during the Covid pandemic guests were looking for that option. This happened twice and I had to reset my check-in option twice. Resnexus is in beta test for their vrbo integration. As an example of product problems I've had they accidentally released the vrbo integration into production and after I spent hours entering in vrbo information, they withdrew the function and I lost all of my work.”
