Key benefits of using Actus

Users can create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives aligned with business goals, set milestones, review performance, and add comments to provide positive reinforcement.

Regular appraisals can be carried out using configurable templates, with behavioural competency and performance rating options. Users can also choose to carry out mini-appraisals for new starters or to increase appraisal frequency.

Managers can plan one-to-ones and send diary invites to attendees, with the ability to set agendas, record performance discussion notes, and track actions taken.

Employee development planning includes deadline setting, completion tracking, training report creation and the option to add training catalogues or courses.

Qualifications and continuing professional development (CPD) can be tracked, including expiry dates, with automatically-triggered early warning emails to avoid non-compliance.
