Assima is the only solution to create real simulated e-learnings for any application. Its unique cloning technology makes it so easy not only to create but also to maintain the content. It removes the barriers of training environments, training data sets, training user management, etc. It is very easy to capture and edit, which impacts our training design and production timelines enormously in a positive way. To be able to generate training materials in multi-language so easily, makes us a differentiator at our global implementations. To provide a full scale solution from onboarding trainings to live application guidance makes the learning journey a continuous effort, just the way we want it.
There is not much to dislike about Assima, but the reporting and analytics section can be improved to provide more insights for the training needs and developments.

The ASSIMA product has clearly transformed the way of apprehending the digital transformation in a professional organization (hospital) and in particular the importance of mastering the level of knowledge of the tools (prescription order entry software)
The ability to produce and update unlimited learning content through software simulation
Capture technology for content creation is mature, but the platform's user training and some of the tracking capabilities could be improved

-Ease of rollout to content creators in a big organization. No software needs to be installed on clients. -Assima Assist for in application guidance. Easy and fast to create new content for specific end users / applications. -Reporting options are meeting expectations. -Authorization concept for segregation of content teams is flexible and easy to use.
-The missing quiz functionality which is a downgrade for us. We had this on the old Assima Change Management Suite but Assima did not make this functionality available on the new Vimago Platform. This functionality is relevant for almost all e-learnings we create. Because the content creators want to validate if the learner understood the material provided. Alternatives are not so easy to implement in a big organization (because you need to do the following steps: software selection, supplier contract, purchase orders, license management, software scripting, testing, additional support team embed in ITSM process and take care of possible integration issues)

The biggest benefit was we didn't have to set up our own training environment this help save a lot of time, money and resources.
Looks and feels like the real application - amazing product . It can mask sensitive data and translate into any language. We used it to eliminate our training environment which saved us a ton of money and helped pay for the service
no real cons, The process on picking the right product was the only hard part. There are a lot of authoring tools out there and all claim to do a lot of things, however, this one proved itself in the POC
