What is ATS?

ATS is an applicant tracking system that helps talent managers ensure the candidate journey is enjoyable, yet compliant. It helps users with job boards, candidate journeys, applicant tracking, as well as vetting all in one and can be customized to organizations' needs.

Key features include candidate tracking, interview scheduling, reporting, assessment management, resume parsing, e-learning, candidate journey designing, and custom application forms. The system also comes with out-of-the-box dashboards based on job positions and candidate numbers at different stages providing users with immediate visibility. It allows users to decide which media the job is advertised in at the click of a button.

The system has built-in features for e-learning and knowledge testing of candidates and new hires. This can be used in their first few days and weeks to get them “up to speed” and also for continuing professional development. The test results help users generate qualifications so that the candidate becomes eligible for more senior/skilled work or new locations. It enables organizations to customize screens, reports, label headings, dropdowns, templates for every message, and document merge.
