What is Global Teach?

Global Teach is a learning management system developed by SwissteachAG that embodies over twenty years of continuous refinement. The platform supports digital and blended learning workflows for employee and customer development. It addresses the requirements of organizations ranging from small enterprises to large, multilingual, multi-client operations. The system offers a unified environment for online course delivery and structured face-to-face training management.

The solution is offered in three configurable editions. The Basic edition accommodates up to fifty users with fifty gigabytes of storage and provides core e-learning administration, user and group management, competence tracking, gamification elements, learning paths, certificate generation and fundamental reporting. The Pro edition scales to five hundred users with one hundred gigabytes of storage and adds single sign on authentication, team management views, external training tracking, performance support and review tools, and seminar coordination. The Enterprise edition supports two thousand five hundred users with two hundred gigabytes of storage and includes advanced reporting, a standardized application programming interface connection, video conferencing integration and a payment gateway module.

Additional functional modules can be appended to any edition to extend system capabilities. These include performance management for skill assessment and individualized training recommendations, seminar management for resource scheduling and participant logistics, a video conferencing gateway for synchronous online instruction, payment gateway integration for content monetization, accounting tools for budget oversight, survey functionality with customizable reporting, and decentralized training management for external educational offerings. The platform maintains compliance with data protection regulations and supports multi-client deployments with isolated operational domains while providing flexible hosting options to meet regional data security requirements.

A suite of interface modules streamlines integration with enterprise systems. Single sign on synchronizes learner master data to eliminate redundant authentication processes. Exchange integration automates messaging and calendar synchronization. Human resources and personnel development interfaces keep employee skill profiles aligned across systems. Customer relationship management synchronization manages external user profiles and competency records. Enterprise resource planning connectivity transfers financial data for automated settlement. The standardized API module employs encrypted communications and established security protocols. The solution supports industry-standard e-learning specifications and leverages a Microsoft-based architecture to ensure compatibility with existing enterprise technology ecosystems.
