Pros

It's easy to use, and the app is nice because it's free unlike other companies (Hotschedules). It's super easy to change your availability and schedule around.
I have had nothing but a great experience with OpenSimSim. I have recommended it to several other hospitality business owners and managers, who have actually implemented and love the software as well.
I love OpenSimSim, it has helped me schedule my employees better and has increased communications with everyone. If ever I have a question, the Support team is right there, very responsive.

Cons

No way to tell who messed with it and changed things. Unable to do one person the same schedule each week.
I had trouble and was a little frustrated trying to figure out how to give employees individual pay, but the OpenSimSim staff walked me thru it and now it makes complete sense.
Sometimes its glitch it stops working or does not work well especially with internet explorer.
