Questions can be responded to by employees using a drag and drop interface to select the relevant answers. Surveys can be sent to employees in order to gain a better understanding of what each individual or team cares about and how the company culture could be adapted to better engage, motivate, and retain employees. Survey results can be analyzed and benchmarked to understand the effectiveness of teams, management, or the business as a whole.
Information gathered from employee surveys within Perception can be analyzed with natural language processing, machine-learning technology, and industrial-organizational psychology. Both structured and unstructured data can be analyzed in real time in order to better understand employee sentiment, emotions and values, as well as overall opinions on culture, performance, retention, and more within the company.
