What is hubley?

hubley is a fully managed intranet platform built natively on SharePoint and Microsoft 365, designed for mid- to large-sized enterprises that want to maximize their existing Microsoft investment without adding another silo to their tech stack. Deployed directly to your M365 tenant, hubley extends SharePoint with 90+ configurable web parts organized across four core pillars: Intelligence, Communication, Collaboration, and Engagement.

Architecture & Deployment

hubley deploys as a set of SPFx-based web parts and configurations within your own SharePoint Online environment. There is no external hosting — your data never leaves your M365 tenant. Implementation typically takes 4–8 weeks and includes discovery workshops, environment configuration, content migration, and end-user training, all led by a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM).

hubley.ai — Intelligence Layer

hubley.ai adds an optional AI tier on top of the core platform, powered by Azure-backed models. Key capabilities include:

• SearchHub.ai — AI-powered cross-platform search spanning your intranet, SharePoint document libraries, Teams messages, and OneDrive, with AI-generated summaries, FAQ generation, filters, Best Bets, and feedback loops.

• AI Writing Assistant — prompt-based content creation available anywhere rich text is used across the intranet.

• Agent-Bot Manager — deploy and manage unlimited custom chatbots grounded in your organization's SharePoint and intranet data, with built-in security trimming, analytics, and feedback inputs. No per-user AI licenses required.

• KnowledgeHub.ai — AI-assisted knowledge base with auto-tagging, content recommendations, and FAQ generators.

• PolicyHub.ai — structured policy management with AI-driven compliance monitoring and document chat.

• AI Image Generation — create visual assets directly inside the intranet without external tools.

• AnalyticsHub+ — Power BI-powered dashboards tracking engagement, content health scores, search trends, abandoned queries, and AI usage analytics.

Communication & Notifications

Publish targeted news, leadership messages, and announcements with audience targeting based on Azure AD groups. NotificationsHub delivers site alerts, global notifications, push messages, and critical pop-ups — all trackable with acknowledgement receipts. Content is delivered across desktop, Microsoft Teams, email digests, and the hubley Employee App.

Collaboration & Personalization

hubley Spaces lets teams create and manage department, project, and community workspaces. DocHub centralizes documents with OneDrive and Teams integration. MyHub gives each employee a personalized dashboard with tasks, links, emails, and SharePoint files. Lookbook provides a gallery of pre-built templates for rapid page and site deployment.

Engagement

Drive adoption with peer praise, celebrations, photo feeds, polls, IdeaHub, and social features like hubley Convos. Profile targeting ensures employees see content relevant to their role, team, and location from the moment they log in.

Integrations

hubley integrates natively with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Power Automate, and the full M365 ecosystem. Flexible APIs support third-party connections to HR systems (e.g., Paylocity), CRMs, project management tools, and data analytics platforms.

Security & Compliance

Because hubley deploys to your own M365 tenant, it inherits Microsoft's enterprise-grade security: Azure AD authentication, role-based access control (RBAC) at page, document, and department levels, bank-grade encryption, and GDPR compliance. AI features are security-trimmed, ensuring users only see data they are authorized to access.

Hard to set up and costly, but great to have QuickBooks reporting connected to Paylocity for Payroll.

Our entire HR/Benefit/Payroll suite is housed in Paylocity so the ClearCo integration was amazing to have automation from ATS to flow into Paylocity to save time for our team.
