What is Schedule360?
Schedule360 is a cloud-based employee scheduling software that helps government, healthcare, disaster management, call center, and other organizations create, modify, manage and broadcast staff work schedules in real-time. Via integrated messaging and shift dispatching tools, administrators can post to employee message boards about schedule changes, time-off request approval or denial, re-certification requirements for float scheduling, and more.
Features of Schedule360 include shift swapping, analytics, rule-based self-scheduling, attendance tracking, overtime alerts, recurring schedule templates, and more. Admins can add classes into the system - defining the unit(s), class size, date, time, and location - for employee sign-up. Float staff can also utilize the platform to add preferred units across multiple locations and submit applications for transfer to new facilities or departments.
With an integrated survey tool, Schedule360 allows organizations to share custom surveys to gauge satisfaction levels among staff members. The system sends alerts to staff members when their licences or credentials are approaching expiry, prompting them to re-certify their skills 60 days prior to certificate expiry.
