SafetyAmp has alot of great features. When using SafetyAmp from setting up the system to creating and deploying trainings the customer service has been fantastic.
We can not get a report that includes enrollments missing and expired. A report can not be run under Regional managers.
The customer service has also been amazing. Any questions, concerns, or change requests have been handled super quickly, kindly, and even with a great sense of humor.
The abundance of emails that the system sends out is my only complaint. I have had to add fake emails to many employees including myself due to the amount of emails being received.
All SafetyAmp staff that I have dealt with have impressed me with their timely responses and dedication to getting any questions or issues I have resolved.
Very difficult to upload content for visitors. Only able to use an Ipad for it.
We've been able to apply the Form software to nearly every department at Innovative, improving the communication, accountability, and overall quality of the products released from each department.
Pulling and sorting data seems limited, especially when looking for raw data, not just statistics.
Being able to reach out for help and get such great customer service puts this software at another level.
The interface is easy to navigate. There is a lot of freedom and ability to create custom features.
The program is easy to use by supervisors for reporting which is a big deal. For the management to be able to see trends and issues helps to sell what emphasis is needed for safety in what area.
The program is top of the line, and the support is too. I could not have asked for a better transition experience.
Tehy are very willing to work with you. A very good product and vary reasonable cost.

Lack of Asian languages (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.).
Babbel offers language learning in an engaging and engrossing format. As a user the courses are enjoyable and interesting and they keep you wanting to achieve more.
Most of the downs are about the nature of online learning apps: limited interaction, limited cultural diversity and opportunities for language exchange.
My favorite app for learning a new language. Helped me get up to speed with Spanish thanks to the gamification it applies to learning - it was fun to use it on the daily commute.

Over the years I have been a very demanding customer and an ill tempered one at that when I was stressed out about things not at all related to the learning management system.
The reliability of this LMS, the ease of its use and navigation, as well as the fact that I almost never get calls from my clients with "systems issues", makes this an absolutely outstanding product.
When you make updates to content (videos or assessments) I have seen a few occasions when the user is supposed to have to re-take the test or course and they cannot. Essentially they are stuck.
The SAML SSO integration was fairly easy and support was very attentive. Our Customer Success Specialist has been very helpful and provided a great plan for us to get started.
I can’t say that I have a negative thing to say about LearnUpon.
I then came across LearnUpon and was blown away with its ease of use, great features, great personal service, and extremely competitive pricing.
Sometimes it is time-consuming, or difficult, to communicate and resolve a problem in writing.
It is easy to use, has a number of very helpful automated features which save me time and effort, and it integrates well with my authored content. The second benefit is the Learnupon staff.
The tool is excellent and meets all the needs we identified in our acquisition process... but the customer support is what has made it a great decision.
Our decision was made several years go. Since signing on with LearnUpon, I have had the pleasure of communicating with several staff members in various scenarios, and all of them are great.
Their technical support team is extremely responsive and helpful, as is our dedicated CSM.
They score a 10 every time with their customer service. I have watched this LMS grow from good to great over the years with new features being added constantly.
The ease of use on both the administrator and user side is fabulous.

The ability to have 'in product' help for users when using D365 is a big benefit. The support we have received from the organisation has been good and I would recommend this product.
The lack of editing functionality if required.
The move from Classic to Attain is a great improvement for the ease of use of the product.
So there is no more different content available in different places.
The most important value I think is the people who is aroung this product, because they always try to give you an excellent support and help on any need you could have.
We had a problem with the upload of our first big portal (over 7 languages), but got 24/7 support for it. Fortunately, this problem is no longer critical with the new ClickLearn.
Using the software allows the documentation of both customer processes and internal processes in a way that is time friendly, cost effective and which also looks amazing in terms of the end product.
There have been very few issues using ClickLearn, one small frustration (now fixed) was integrating SSO.

The vision that I initially had for my company had grown tremendously thanks to TalentLMS. I'm excited to coach and my clients are excited to learn.
The biggest frustration has been the lack of an integrated grade book along with limited testing options (that are not very customizable).
After compare the most popular LMS cloud in the market Talent is a very good option.

I love that talent LMS is intuitive, easy to create courses in, and mobile friendly.

It is reliable, and it complies with what I expected it to do. It has very good support.
There is no drag and drop uploader for course materials, which is inconvenient.
Data security is at a high level when you use this software and you are not annoyed by undesirable links and errors.
A disadvantage to Zoho is that the basic features are limited. I have to sign up for a premium account to unlock the other features.
The free version is great and the paid versions provide good value.
Sometimes I has issues with connection, but I think that had more to do with rural internet than it did with the software. No real complaints otherwise.
Efficient and intuitive I liked the enviroment of the platform and it was very useful to make my conferences with my team.
It’s a fairly new platform so the feature set is not fully developed. Also for German companies the payment processors are limited.
The program is like most of Zoho other products which are pretty straightforward and easy to use out the box.

Zoho's customer support when I have contacted them has been nothing but fabulous. They are great and know how to explain the product to you over email support without any misunderstanding.

It is reliable, and it complies with what I expected it to do. It has very good support.
There is no drag and drop uploader for course materials, which is inconvenient.
Data security is at a high level when you use this software and you are not annoyed by undesirable links and errors.
A disadvantage to Zoho is that the basic features are limited. I have to sign up for a premium account to unlock the other features.

Zoho's customer support when I have contacted them has been nothing but fabulous. They are great and know how to explain the product to you over email support without any misunderstanding.
If you have a limited budget and are comfortable waiting for some features to be added later on,by all means go for it.
