If the student computer is not up-to-date, sometimes it can be that the invitation goes to the spam.
As an instructional designer, you can create online courses more quickly thanks to its different modules and interactive tools that are perfectly integrated with PowerPoint.
It's sometimes hard to decide which report to use and it will not produce a report of the percentage of people who have completed a course.
ISpring team members respond quickly and with enthusiasm. They make any question I have seem easy and are always super helpful.
In my limited experience- i cannot think of any consequence.
The overall experience with iSpring suite is great. I recommend it to all users for e-learning.

Super easy to use, great dashboard that gives you all the info you need, great customer service, it really helped us get out events organised with all the features that it offers.
When searching for a series of events, once you click on one and leave, you are taken back to the menu page and have to start the search again, which can be frustrating.
I like how easy it is to use and all the features are well suited for our needs. It really helps when you can set up a course in 5 minutes, especially if you have 250 a year.
When searching courses by a key word, it doesn't give you the option to open it in a new tab. If I selected the wrong one, it doesn't open the same search term - instead, I have to search again.
Intuitive, responsive, great layout, easy to use. Planning events/classes is a breeze and built in auto emails to attendees with reminders is fantastic.
Thank you Arlo team for support and all your hard work. The negative experience (insignificant though).
The mobile app is super handy for checking on things from off site. The automated communication feature save time and improve the professionalism.
Email addresses are not transferred to other sections of the system. No users at present everyone is an administrator.
I also like the features that are from time to time implemented, but you are always given the chance to review these changes before they are implemented.
The articles on the support page are great, I find it very easy to follow the instructions and discover new features of the software.
I really wanted this service to be what it claims to be. When you do get a live body on the phone they are great people.

I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost.
The flows are not optimised, UI is ugly, it seems that Leapsome itself doesn't use this app or these "improvements" are too low in their priorities list.
Something very interesting for me is that in addition of being a super LMS, thank to Leapsome we can organize meetings and periodical reviews and launch surveys across the company.
There are not many negatives to report, but it seems that Leapsome integrates with a limited number of programs, which is a hindrance to using it for more functions.
Super easy to use software, that was easily adapted by all employees. Definitely helped the overall company morale in sharing positive feedback and praise for one another.
It felt strange that as a forward-thinking software company, we were using outdated methods for our internal processes.
There is good communication between the assigned contact partner, that is always willing to share best practices. I really like the Leapsome content (I enjoy the blog!), their philosophy and mission.
But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure.
Our experience with Leapsome has been excellent. The launch and rollout of the platform was really straightforward thanks to the Personio integration and the easy to follow set up guides.
Overall experience with Leapsome have been amazing, with the help of leapsome we are able to centralise all the performance management goal setting and are also able to automate it to a large extent.
Help text and clear permission explanations throughout the modules. Customer Succes and Support Teams are fantastic.
Very easy to use, user friendly, self explanatory, I love the help chat box.
Ease of browsing feedbacks. Easy management and impressive UI.
Overall I find Leapsome and all its features very useful and supports a full range of activities that are crucial for employee engagement.
And the customer support team at Leapsome are really excellent and have helped us whenever needed.

We loved the ease of use and the great customer service on the platform as well as how easy and secure the payment portal was.
The lack of inclusion in the app is the reason I will be removing my magazine from flipsnack. We needed the app platform for our readers to subscribe and view us consistently.
I love the simplicity and ease of use of the software and the speed in which it generates a professional interactive booklet from a PDF that I can then share online.
Nothing I can think of that causes me any problem whether for 3 page leaflets or 60 page magazines.
Overall, I am very happy with Flipsnack. I use it to easily create magazines so that we can have something fun for our audience and also have more places to advertise.
Very confusing to use to many customers. Customers never received initial emails and could not access their accounts.
I have liked that you can have the basic features for free and you do not need to pay to have an excellent output.
No options to have it professionally printed through Flipsnack.

The product was easy to setup and integrate functionality and links for CTA processes. We managed to put our library of datasheets together in a few hours too.
Great if you need all the bells and whistles, overpriced if you don't.

We switched from MentoCore to Qooper this year and we have already seen a great difference. We love the engagement between mentors and mentees and customer service is top notch.
If I had to name one thing, it would be the inability to have video chats within the software.
We are very pleased with the software and the company. The support is topnotch, and they are very accessible.
Buttons scattered all over. Sometimes, it is hard to find the buttons when searching.
With Qooper, it became super easy for associates to display the project they're working on, the support they need and to be able to find more experience associates to help them.
First, the software was a bit difficult to navigate and use.
Easy to use platform for company-wide mentoring program. I am amazed by the exceptional customer service, quick turnaround, and ability to customize and tailor the platform to fit our needs.
I know Qooper is working on solving this so I don't expect this to be a problem long-term.
The ease of use for our coaches to stay in constant contact with their mentees has increased the quality of teaching with the teachers we work with.
Omer is always very responsive to questions and requests that we have. Setting up and establishing the program was also seamless.
