You can use it on any software and it’ll guide you through them.

we hope that lemon learning will help us to improve the users experiences in term of training
this software is very simple to use. this software can be used on many applications with two different mode. you can use it directly embed in the application or with a plug in in the browser. we have many options and we can manage a lot of different scenario
when you always use the same form for all your steps you don't have the possibility to define a default look and you have to redefined it step by step.

Excellent service client de Lemon Learning. Notre chef de projet nous aide beaucoup. L'outil est assez simple d'utilisation, mais il reste encore des fonctionnalités à améliorer (rôle de traducteur,
- Les notifications "pushs" permettent de communiquer facilement de l'information aux utilisateurs - Les guides permettent vraiment de guider les utilisateurs de A à Z sur des nouvelles fonctionnalités - Possibilité d'intégrer des gifs dans les guides - Possibilité de faire des parcours vraiment précis avec des choix que l'utilisateur prend
- Pas de possibilité prendre en cours un guide (exp : repérer l'erreur d'un collaborateurs) - Il faut une personne dédiée dans votre organisation pour s'occuper de Lemon (créer et mettre à jour des guides, identifier comment améliorer le taux d'utilisation, faire une enquête interne sur son utilisation, ...) - La création de guides est assez chronophage, et les utilisateurs qui sont formés la 1ère fois désirent toujours avoir un guide papier à côté. Sinon il faut former les utilisateurs ou tester le logiciel directement avec ce genre d'outils embarqués, sinon ils n'ont pas le reflexe de l'utiliser.

La mise en place a été très rapide. L'outil est facile à prendre en main, aussi bien pour les utilisateurs (player) que pour les administrateurs (éditeur). Les points forts sont : - le système de push qui permet en moins d'une minute d'adresser un pop-up à une catégorie d'utilisatuers - les systèmes informatifs (infobulles, lanceurs) que l'on peut afficher sur des pages spécifiques - le système de publication à la main des administrateurs, sans délai de livraison - l'équipe Lemon Learning, disponible et efficace !!
Une surcouche avec de l'IA serait appréciable.
