Liked technical opportunities and scope. Foreigners are so caring.
The software was unreliable. If we requested customization for one area, it would somehow go and impact another completely different area and cause an error there.
User friendly, cost effective, Updated Technology support. Payroll module is very supportive.
No one answers the calls. It takes a long time to solve problems after many reminders.
It runs on the cloud so it is cost effective, easy to manage,has mobile apps, and the MiHcm team is very responsive.
The software was also very difficult to use for both the administrator and users.
Microimage is very committed to bring more enhancements and new features to the system and their support is commended.
Learning platform and training management module is the weakest feature among others of MiHCM.
The best feature was that we could have the whole software interface in another language which helped our employees use it.
Product will be highly configurable and supportive with the operational changes. Time and Attendance module will give massive uplift to the management as well as manage the legal activities.
Its good, as i have mentioned earlier if all the minor issues are solved it can be a better one.

The platform itself streamlines the service process from A to Z and ensures that our team is always set up for success. Another thing that we really love about Zuper is that it's constantly improving.
The app interface confused my field staff somewhat.
The ability to customize the platform to best suit the softwares that we use, as well as to mesh well with our workflows is really wonderful.
Does not yet support fleet management features but they are in the roadmap.
We had some push back from our subcontractors in the beginning; however, they now all love it. It has been a HUGE asset to our company and I what I am most proud in accomplishing.
The ease of use and ability to customize to fix our unique business set up. Friendly customer support who responds as soon as possible to help you.

It’s very easy to accomplish the specific goals quickly. I also like the price point for the services and the customer service has been outstanding.
I have been reaching out to this vendor concerning my invoices and the double charges no one has yet to contact me about the extra charges.
My overview of the company is great very helpful always available when you need to go out there way greatly appreciate it.
Admin spends hours processing payroll. Clients made inactive revert back to active therefore you are charged by the company for clients you no longer service.
I really like the people we deal with at CareTime , they are always so helpful and right on top of issues. The program itself was very easy to use once we learned the basics.
Error messages all the time when clocking in and out. Causing issues with payroll.
Care time has been very helpful whenever I have any question about the system or concern i would recommend it to all that’s in my business.
When you call the company no one reaching back out to you. Never can talk to anyone to correct the issues that I have.
The customer service is excellent very patient and also willing to help you through any trouble as you may have I appreciate that.
Overall the experience has been positive, and Caretime has functioned as we needed. It is effective in providing what we had utilized it to do.
I also like the ease of use. Everything is pretty much straight forward and all the tools you need is right in front of you to navigate the system.
Good to keep clients care plan and employees documents all in easy to find when documents are required.

There are many features we have yet to take advantage of since we implemented. The capability and flexibility is what I like most.
The only complaint I would have is about the new Manager Workbench. It is rather slow, and missing some features for our dispatchers to properly use it correctly.
Overall, I would recommend this product to other businesses. It is a great tool to track employee hours, material prices and so much more relating to jobs.
Customer service was poor, and excuses from Astea were plentiful. It was a painful experience that we devoted a huge amount of resources to with no return on our investment.
They have always been able to help us quickly, and resolve any issues we have had.
Ongoing intermittent issues and Inability to troubleshoot. Only been using Astea for less than a year so still learning capabilities.
Great support always timely and helpful know their product.
Overall, you will be hard pressed to find something you need that Astea Alliance won't be able to handle, either out of the box or through customization.

Occasionally the service processes running on the server will run away with themselves, leading to RAM bottlenecks that degrade server performance.
Astea Alliance is easy to use and provides a full picture of the customer and all activities. The mobile application has made the field service function fast and easy.
Field engineers can use the mobile app to get the tickets and resolve the tickets.
