Our experience has been a very positive one. Customer support during implementation was very good. Ongoing support for users is excellent with very fast response times and knowledgeable representatives. Aspire is constantly making improvements to the system based on user recommendations and so far, each new version release has improved our user experience.
Intuitive user interface. Logical data query format makes finding granular data very easy. Reports are easily customized and shared with other users. Customer support during implementation was very good. Ongoing support for users is excellent with very fast response times and knowledgeable representatives.
Initial concern was pricing. Aspire appears expensive when compared to similar systems but it actually saves our organization money through better management of the sales and production process, resulting in better gross margin and revenue per employee.

Better than what we had. Ease of use could be better.
I like that Aspire encompasses all aspects of business. Very robust
Terminology is different than I am use to. Finding logical direction to navigate is off to me. I haven’t learned the muscle memory yet to do things quickly. I have to ask often.

Implementation was about 6 months before I came on board. It is my understanding that this experience was short and did not provide enough training for the staff. We have had challenges due to misunderstandings through the implementation, but seem to finally be making progress on our Aspire processes. We are looking forward to getting into the YOJ classes!
Industry specific alignment and integration with phone apps for field use.
Inability to get real time entries in to QB. Would like to see a daily update via the connector, very similar to what a restaurant POS system can provide. I understand there will be challenges with Earned Revenue, but also believe there to be a viable solution.

The biggest benefit was real time results, job costing and job progress. Invoicing also became much, much easier. Overall, fantastic system.
Once you learn how to use the system, it is so comprehensive and easy to use. It has really made our business much easier to run, with the data right at our fingertips.
As with any new system, there is definitely pain with the software launch, but we've worked through all of that and now just share feedback as it comes up when we see improvement opportunities.

Really like it so far!
Real-time reporting on estimated vs actual hours on maintenance and construction projects.
App has some challenges loading in some locations, would be great to have estimates converted to Word as an option.

Can see daily where my crews are on the dash board. Over or under.
I wish the program was more user friendly on the backend. So many loop holes that have to be set up.

Been amazing. The longer we use it the more profitable we become.
Love that it has the ability to manage everything from the initial phone call to the entire management of the project and time tracking for the guys out in the field. Love that it sinks with Fleet sharp and tracks equipment hours. Love having everything on the cloud to access all information from anywhere I have wifi. Love the ease in scheduling projects and love seeing the progress on the job. The list goes on and on. I love that the basis to the system to create and manage jobs is based on labor, equipment and materials. I love to adjust the complexity of the job for reasons such as drivetime, custom projects, and difficult clients, etc... Aspire protects our margins so that we capture great margins on small and large projects alike.
I don't have many cons, but the most difficult thing just comes down to using it daily. It is a powerful system with many, many tools. The learning curve is a bit taxing before you learn how really to make the program work for your liking. I wish that editing and changing layout was easier and that having the ability to do so personally didn't require another level of extended training. I wish it were more intuitive and easier to navigate so that any aspire user listed as an administrator could jump on and work on it. I wish you could have different brand names for different branches without showing all the names or choosing one as the main.

My experience with Aspire has been wonderful overall. The product is super solid and they are committed to making constant improvements. The support they offer their customers is first class and they are very responsive when problems do occur.
I love the visibility that Aspire gives me into the workings of my company. It allows me to keep an eye on all parts of the business from anywhere I have an internet connection. From sales and customer relationship management to job execution and invoicing. I can watch my progress through the month on a daily basis against my budget and am able to make adjustments quickly and easily.
The management of snow removal work still needs a little bit of work. It has improved greatly over the years but still needs to get better. I have another piece of software that is a very important tool for me and have asked for some access to cross functionality but Aspire has remained a closed ecosystem to all but its chosen partners.

Wonderful!!!!!
It is not just a software, it is a partnership that allows our company to grow and expand while tracking every detail to be as profitable and efficient as possible in so many ways.
At times, it can be glitchy. There are certain functions that I would assume are basic and easy functions that are not easy to use..

I love Aspire and would highly recommend it to anyone in the landscaping business; however, it's especially a great tool for scalable, profitable growth.
I love that the Aspire team operates in "Continuous Improvement" mode: they are always working to create a better product for the industry. Additionally, this software provides the platform to capture so much data that can then be used to help our company manage scalable, profitable growth.
Understanding the software was created for a specific industry, my least favorite aspect of Aspire is that a lot of accounting-type functions are either not great or missing altogether. Inventory specific reports are somewhat lacking; there's not an easy way to put accounts on "credit hold" until clients bring their account current; etc.

Aspire has enabled our company to eliminate overhead positions from time keeping to estimating. Operations team can track efficiency in real time and sales team can estimate quickly.
Ease of use from updating pricing structure to getting real time P&L information at the push of a button
Running Sales Reports and Portfolio Reoccurring Reports can be challenging at times selecting correct criteria etc.

Overall it has been a learning experience. We have a long way to go and I want to know everything about Aspire. I know it will take time and again the videos are great, but if I was in a classroom with distractions here in the office, it would be better for me.
I like the invoicing and billing the most. It helps to make sure we are billing everything dollar out. I also like the payroll management.
We are only about 25% into Aspire. I would love to see "live in-classroom training". They do have great videos but I am a "in your face" type of learner.

Aspire has eliminated double entry of many items throughout the process of landscape contracting. The software has provided our company the ability to have real time access to information in a way we never had before. Like many landscape companies, we had been operating on several spreadsheet documents to operate our business. The move to Aspire allowed us to have all our information in one place that is readily available anywhere that we have an internet connection. The Aspire team is very responsive any time we have a problem or concern. Aspire was the step we needed to take in order to keep scaling our business and to get to the next level.
As with all software, there are bugs that pop up that can be frustrating at times. The software was originally designed for landscape maintenance, therefore sometimes we have to come up with creative ways to handle things for our landscape construction part of the business (though Aspire is working on solutions for many of these instances now).

I wasn't here for implementation, but learning Aspire's processes was easy and the information you can gain from this software is second to none.
Aspire makes critical processes like scheduling and invoicing so easy and efficient, and allows us to get things done more accurately and in a timely manner.
The thing I like the least is I feel the crew mobile app has glitches and it is difficult for crews to get all the information they need (maps, info, ect) from the mobile app. It is also difficult for Spanish Speaking crew leaders to use.

It has been a bit of a rough rollout for our business. I have hope that it will get better with time, as our entire organization is still learning. Fingers crossed!
I like that it has migrated us to a lot less paper usage. It also has us up better up to speed with advancing technologies.
The biggest challenge is the learning curve to acquire adequate knowledge to run effectively in the system. The amount of time that needs to be dedicated to understanding it cannot be overlooked.

We are very happy we switched from Aspire from a different landscape software. It has helped us to be more aware of our numbers.
This software offers the most robust options for our landscape company. They are constantly working to improve the software and what it has to offer.
The software is expensive and this took us a while to build into our budget. There are also some quirks to the software that still could use improvement.

Good experience overall in my limited time using
I like that all aspects of the industry are covered in one software from payroll and time management to the job estimates and inventory, billing and payments, all contained in one place
Can sometimes be a little glitchy and there are sometimes things that are hard to find.

You can get very detailed information from this software. Great real time data!
The integration was tough. We are still working on getting everyone up to speed, especially the field employees. Also, there is little customization in the invoicing module and most of our customers have trouble interpreting their invoices.

Reliable information for business management, ability to track activity and effectiveness of employees in all departments
It provides all the necessary job costing information necessary to run our organization properly. Great customer service and excellent commitment to regular updates and improvements.
There are still some improvements I'd like to see (permissions, pivot table functions), but I know they'll come along eventually. Really, no major complaints or frustrations.

The level of support and assistance we’ve received has been exceptional. Our deployment schedule was aggressive, and most of our challenges at this point relate to gaps in training (or lack of retention).
The visibility it creates.l for branch management and it’s integrated features (qualified lead to estimating, estimating to tickets, tickets to scheduling & purchasing, and invoicing...)
Inability to put system controls in place to minimize mistakes, particularly related to mishandling tickets and selecting services within an estimate tied to the wrong division.

There is no easy fast way we will get there.
