I have been satisfied so far with Cash App.
CashApp is free, easy to setup, and easy to use. I also like that they have new features to improve the app.
The customer service is getting better, but I hope they improve in this area.

My first couple of transactions went through. Then the dreaded "for your protection" occurred and that is when the problems came into view. Not only is their no oversight on their customer service, there are no answers given again "for your protection" to let you know if the problem is on your end or the person you sent the money to. Which would not be a problem, except you had already completed several transactions with the person in question
If everything is going fine, it works okay
When things do not go fine, Their customer service is non-existent. They keep to the script and they will talk over you as opposed to listening to what your needs are.
