This is the first time we've ever used a software like this and it's great!

Pros

We like the industry standard pricing on all parts and components. It's extremely helpful in the field when a customer needs a Work Order emailed right away.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to find the part we're looking for. It is also a little difficult to create customized items. Also when we do look up a part it seems to force us to "add it to the Work Order" in order to get all info.

It's to Slow, Your update made this product worse not better for FEILD Personnel. 90 % of FEILD Personnel use I Pads and your customer Support Keeps blaming I Pads. That's a problem.It's to slow, takes forever to find a part.
