Process automation and efficiency are the two key words that can be associated with Insly broker system. The automated renewal engine for third party liability insurance allowed us to migrate 50% of the back office staff to other duties and tasks. The offers for mainstream insurance lines are composed automatically and quickly. What is even more important they look nice and professional. Even though the system is pre-calibrated some adjustments are still needed before the system can be used such as personalization of the offer summary templates. Naturally if needed one can use the standard white label templates available as well. Most of the calibration can be done easily by the user himself. At the same time there are some tasks that also require the involvement of the support staff.

Pros: Insly insurance broker software is suitable both for brokers and agents. Works fine for small and big organization, allows to unify the working standard. It is an on-line system meaning there is no need to install anything on user's computer. All main aspects of insurance mediation business are covered well, such as a) CRM b) policy issuing; c) administration; d) reporting; e) quoting engine. Cons: Quotes are composed over the Internet connection hence an Internet connection is a must for accessing and using the system.

Car dealers that use AutoMaster DMS can now enjoy direct access to insurance, leasing quoting and policy issuing, powered by Insly. We found good understanding with Insly as they quickly recognised what it takes for a car dealer to sell insurance and finance support with the car.

Coveres everything from quoting, billing, distribution, accounting, and MTA's which is very helpful if you want to get everything done in one place.
The chatbot that it prides itself on could use work for true improvement. There's a lot of potential there, though.
