Process automation and efficiency are the two key words that can be associated with Insly broker system. The automated renewal engine for third party liability insurance allowed us to migrate 50% of the back office staff to other duties and tasks. The offers for mainstream insurance lines are composed automatically and quickly. What is even more important they look nice and professional. Even though the system is pre-calibrated some adjustments are still needed before the system can be used such as personalization of the offer summary templates. Naturally if needed one can use the standard white label templates available as well. Most of the calibration can be done easily by the user himself. At the same time there are some tasks that also require the involvement of the support staff.
