Reliant Parking is a cloud-based parking and permit management solution for apartment communities, HOAs, student housing, and other buildings that require parking management. The platform provides online parking and permit management via the web platform, as well as native Android and iOS apps for residents, management, and enforcement. Reliant Parking offers features such as guest permit management, multiple permit types, real-time updates, expiration date tracking, online permit ordering, and more.

For apartment communities and student housing, Reliant Parking can be used to provide residents with personal parking permits in order to control parking and reduce unauthorized vehicle entry. Residents can use the mobile app to order permits and renewals, request guest permits, report parking violations, and more.

Reliant Parking allows HOAs (homeowner associations) to outline and enforce community parking rules and regulations. The platform includes a built-in client database, which stores information on residents, permits, vehicles, and more. The Reliant Parking platform allows users to customize preferences for notifications and access permissions and property rules and requirements are taken into account when setting up workflows.
