Space Designer 3D is a cloud-based 2D and 3D floor planning application developed by Asynth, a French software company founded in 2009 by two architects. It runs entirely in a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop computers and tablets, with no installation and no plugin.

Design tools: walls, doors, windows and openings drawn to scale with live dimensions; multiple floors; roofs and stairs; parametric doors and windows; room labels and annotations; import of an existing plan (image or PDF) to trace over. Every change in the 2D plan is reflected instantly in the 3D view, which can be explored in orbit or walk mode.

Content: a catalog of more than 4,500 furniture items, lighting, appliances and outdoor elements, plus hundreds of materials and finishes. Higher plans can import custom 3D models in GLTF, OBJ and FBX formats.

Visualization: real-time 3D, photorealistic renders up to 4K, sun position, and AI tools such as AI Image Boost and Live AI Boost to enhance images. Renders and AI features use credits included in each plan, with additional credit packs available.

Output and interoperability: export to PNG, JPG and PDF on every plan, DXF on Ultimate, IFC for BIM workflows on Team, plus elevations and plumbing on higher plans. Projects can be shared online with clients and colleagues.

Teams and businesses: the Team plan adds shared projects, roles, email invitations and admin controls. Business and Enterprise offers provide a branded planner on the customer's own domain, a private product catalog, an admin back office and an API to connect e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Adobe Commerce), CRM or SSO.
