What is Towbook Management Software?

Towbook is a web-based towing management software with native iOS and Android apps, which offers dispatching, impounding, invoicing, private property, and accounting capabilities. The system can be used by companies serving individuals, private properties, body shops, motor clubs, police departments, and more.

Towbook’s dispatching system enables users to add calls and assign them to drivers, with real-time updates showing all users the latest calls and dispatches. Photos and files can be added to dispatch records, multiple vehicles, trucks, and drivers can be added to a single dispatch, and customized invoices can be created and emailed to customers. When vehicles are impounded, Towbook automatically calculate storage fees, and remind users when state-required impound notices and letters are due, with the option to have notices automatically printed.

Towbook allows users to set up accounts for different company types, including motor clubs, police departments, and body shops. Custom pricing and discounts can then be set up for these accounts, users can create and send statements directly to individual accounts, and customers can log in to view lists of towed vehicles for their account. Towbook also includes tools for businesses serving private properties, such as automatic notification of property owners when a vehicle is impounded, photo uploads allowing the automatic sending of photos of impounded vehicles to property managers, and account tagging. Property managers are also able to log into Towbook to request that vehicles be towed.
